Andrew Rose is an Autistic youth that was caught up in the Sting Operation Flicker. The FBI/ICE intentionally attached child pornography on P2P programs such as Limewire/Frostwire. Andrew was trying to download a song on Limewire and when he did there was a child porn picture attached to it. He immediately deleted the picture. When he tried to download the song he had the same result and deleted the picture again.
This is clearly a case of entrapment since it was placed there by the FBI with the intent of catch people in their trap. Even innocent people.

We the undersigned request that all charges against Andrew Rose be dropped by Judge Lemke and Prosecuting Attorney Robert Parks.
He is a innocent Autistic youth that was entrapped by the FBI Sting Operation Flicker. There were 5200 Pentagon Employees that intentionally purchased and downloaded Child Porn and none of them have been charged or convicted, but Andrew is being charged because he accidentally got 2 child porn pictures while downloading a song.
We demand justice since there was no intent on his part.
