The ability to mix and match flavors are one of our key sale points.
In order to replicate the Nibblers by quartering a regular sized cookie dough will not yield the same consistent quality that Mrs.Fields is known for. Relying on store operators to produce Nibblers will result in a substandard product.
Producing Nibblers at a store level would be overwhelming to meet the demand during high traffic times.
Nibblers of all flavors have just as much importance as regular sized cookies and should not be discontinued.
We, the franchise owners and managers, call on the Famous Brands to reconsider discontinuing any Nibbler flavors.
