If this facility was closed it would mean a round trip of Approx 16 miles to collect parcels or or undelivered mail , for pensioners this would be a disaster to say the least, and regarding perishables ETC over a weekend they would be destroyed.
For the sake of the residents of Chatteris do not close the Sorting Office.
