The Hall Lane (Upminster) mini-golf course has been a treasured feature of Upminster for many years, but lack of investment has led to a serious decline in the quality of the site.
In turn, fewer and fewer users visit the facility which may impact on the future use of the site.
This petition calls on Havering Council to reclassify the site as green belt land, thereby protecting its future, and to provide suitable investment to improve the facility.
We note with growing concern the lack of investment which has led to the declining state of the mini-golf course in Hall Lane, Upminster and, as such, petition Havering Council to:
a) Classify the site as green belt land to ensure protection against future potential development;
b) Provide suitable investment to bring about greater community use of the site.
