there have been many different SciFi events around the UK, but never any in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. Why not?
Scotland has provided some of the best talent to SciFi, such as John Barrowman (played Captain Jack Harkness in Torchwood) or David Tennant (portrayed the Tenth incarnation of The Doctor in Doctor Who) so why not celebrate that by holding any conventions here in Scotland?
We, the undersigned, call upon the Edinburgh city council to consider holding an annual SciFi event within the city, to which celebrity guests are invited.
