I am starting this petition to try to keep the TV show The River on the air. News reports are saying because of the shows low viewers that it may be cancelled and not continued on to a second season.
I believe that this is an amazing television show and that the reason for the low amount of viewers is because most people DVR'd the episodes due to work or multiple other reasons.
I am positive that most viewers would love to see this show continued, due to the cliff hanger that was left at the end of the first season.
We, the undersigned, are requesting that the television show The River be given another chance to continue the season and increase veiwer ratings.
