So not only is the wait going to be a lot longer, the store won't be clean as it normally is and chances are cooler won't be stocked coffee won't be fresh as that is to much of a work load for one employee.

Secondly, THE ONEIDA INDIAN NATION DOES NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE FACTOR THAT LEAVING A EMPLOYEE ON BY HIMSELF PUTS HIM IN DANGER NOT ONLY TO BE ROBBED BUT IF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY IS TO HAPPEN WHEN THE EMPLOYEE IS IN THE BACK OF THE STORE, NOBODY WOULD BE THERE TO HELP THE EMPLOYEE. LET ALONE THE 8 HOUR SHIFTS THEY ARE NOW FORCED TO WORK WITHOUT BREAKS WHICH IS ILLEGAL.
