Sexual Harassment on the Discrimination of the Basis of Gender

Sexual harassment incidents don’t always occur between 2 employees but may be an employee and person of higher authority such as a employee risking losing her job or the chance for a promotion unless she refuses to give in to sexual demands of that person of higher authority. This can make the working conditions unpleasant and put an indirect pressure on them to leave the job and sometimes the employee is so traumatised by the harassment that they suffer serious emotional and physical consequences and often, impacts their productivity at the job.
