It affronts human decency and defiles the dignity of the deceased and the family and friends of them.

The petition of the undersigned shows:
We the undersigned residents of Australia wish to bring to the Governments attention the unsavoury practice of persons posting video clips of fatal motor sports race accidents on hosting sites such as You tube and Facebook.
Your petitioners ask/request that the Senate:
That as our elected government you bring a debate to the house to discuss and explore the possible avenues to facilitate the following. That there can be restrictions placed on hosting companies with regard to this offensive material.
That discussions be held with the judiciary on what legislation can be created to enforce such restrictions. That regulation be discussed on the response of hosting companies when offended members of the public complain to them. That if individuals from within Australia post such items, they can be held responsible and prosecuted under offensive behaviour or offences against public decency.
