Stop the development on Canyon Golf Rd.

In early September 2018 it was brought to our attention, as a neighborhood (Vista Bella), that our builders Pulte & Lennar(formerly known as Cal Atlantic) are conspiring to sell a piece of property approximately 3-4 acres in size to a local church called Stone Oak Bible Church that would have a direct affect on all surrounding neighborhoods. This property runs in between Vista Bella and the 14th hole of Canyon Springs Golf Club. It was revealed that most, if not all, current residences were told by their sales rep that this land would not be developed due to it being in a utilities easement (directly under large power lines). If this development proceeds, it will affect all surrounding neighborhoods. Here are just some of the main issues with this development:
1. Safety concerns around the additional traffic congestion for all surrounding neighborhoods.
2. Erection of a large Top Golf type net system that will create a huge eyesore for all of the surrounding neighborhoods. There is nothing like this anywhere on the Canyon Springs Golf Club course.
3. The building of the parking lot in the utility easement.
