Stop the Total Handphone Ban

So firstly, Meridian Secondary School, the one who started the total ban of handphone usage in school from 7.30 am to 2.50 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays. When it is Tuesday or Thursday, after 2.50 pm you also cannot use your handphone. The school make us as students to purchase padlocks WITH KEYS For the locker they are going to set up outside ALL CLASSROOMS From level 1 to level 4. And if anything lost, the school is not going to take responsibility. the following below is taken from the school's term letter:
"In the event of loss of electronic devices or other expensive items, the school will not be held responsible. The final interpretation of the above rules rests with the school." So which means to say that, this locker that the school uses the money to purchase is also not safe! So what there is a CCTV Camera outside EACH Classroom?
