1. Case worker in Dallas, TX, CPS office made a number of incorrect and untrue statements in reports.

3. Children being placed in foster homes that are no better for the children emotionally and in some cases physically, than the homes they were taken from.
4. They play families against each other.
We the undersigned, call on the Senators of the State of Texas to investigate and stop the unfair practices of CPS case workers in Dallas, TX.
They are supposed to work with the family to get their children back not work against them.
