Support a Young Enterprises Community Stabilization Program

The goal of this grant proposal is to provide the opportunity for people to buy affordable housing,
through a new innovative approach to purchasing. Presently, it is difficult for some people to qualify for conventional loan programs. Young Enterprise Community Stabilization Program desires to greet this challenge by providing a service base for the disabled, elderly, veterans, and people with moderate to low incomes.

The objective for this program is about establishing families and providing affordable homes throughout many viable communities that come together under the auspice of this grant. This will provide quality housing and suitable living environments through providing home ownership to qualified individuals and families and, also, prevent foreclosure.

Expanding economic opportunities primarily for families of low to moderate income, disabled, veterans, and retired individuals. Presently, individuals and families of low and moderate income are paying a large amount of money for house payments due to such loan programs like adjustable mortgages that rise sky high beyond affordability within a few years. They are financially stretched and over burden, using every resource to the point that all of their personal resources are exhausted, thus, the needs of daily living continue to go unmet.

For instance, no money for food, gasoline, medication, utilities, activities of daily living, and other needs and wants. Least to say, a budget for insurance, car payment, dental care, and on and on.
