Campaign4Change (C4C) is a nonprofit organization founded by Mr. Otis Lyons in 2002, whose mission is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all citizens and improving the image of our communities through extensive community service efforts to educate, empower and change the negative mindset of today’s youth and families.
C4C focuses on reviving morals, goals and dreams to help restore hope back into the community. C4C offers services with the goal of significantly impacting the direction of peoples lives in Durham by reinforcing core values, implementing outreach productions and workshops that are designed to deter youth from gangs and drug dealing activity, encouraging positive work ethic and ensure that disenfranchised families and youth in Durham are exposed to opportunities and resources that will help rise above mental and societal limitations.
We, the undersigned, call on The City of Durham to move on the behalf of Otis R. Lyons, Founder of Campaign 4 Change and provide this organization with a suitable facility of it's own for the betterment of the City of Durham.
The residents of Durham takes a stand and cry out for the City to award Campaign 4 Change a facility TODAY! We believe in C4C, support it's mission and need these life changing programs in our community.
