Weather modification has been going on for decades. One of many companies involved in these activities is Weather modification incorporated. Weather modification inc. has admitted to being involved in aerial cloud seeding activities. There have been several patents discovered online for solar radiation management which involve injecting reflective metals into our stratosphere. Some of these metals suggested are carcinogenic. for example. Thorium oxide and silica as well as titanium oxide which is a possible human carcinogen.
Some of these substances which we have reason to believe are being used or are planned to be used, are not damaging to human health but have the potential to be destructive towards our agriculture. One of these substances is Sodium chloride which Weather modification inc. claims is used in "warm cloud seeding".
We, the undersigned, Call upon the United Nations to create public sector organizations in every country to regulate all geoengineering and related activities which involve spraying substances into our air (including but not limited to weather modification activities) ensuring that no detrimental substances are being used.
These organizations will be responsible for delivering to the public all information of substances being sprayed from aircraft for any purpose (what substances were injected, where they were injected, when they were injected, and for what purpose they were injected) within 28 days of activities taking place. This includes stratospheric seeding for solar radiation management as well as any activities that inject substances in our air done by the military or private corporations.
We also want all information exchanged between countries in regards to weather modification activities to be made available to the public.
