The Board of Directors has informed the Triangle Highlands owners that the Association is planning to aggressively fine home owners because of the trash receptacles left outside of the garages. Apparently, this is included in the Bylaws and states in section 7.20 'Trash and garbage receptacles shall not be permitted to remain in public view except on days of trash collection. Except those receptacles designed for trash accumulation located in the common area or in the common elements of a condominium.'
We, the undersigned, are concerned home owners who urge the leaders to act now to eliminate the section 7.20 of the Bylaws that require home owners to keep their trash receptacles inside of the garage. We understand that in order to have this process even considered, there needs to be at least 66% of the community in favor. We wish to have this section amended and/or removed.
