The Calculator Is Ours To Keep!

In the summer of 2002, there were about nine students who attended Contra Costa Cummunity College to take Pre-Calculus. Some of the students already took Pre-Calculus at John F. Kennedy High the school year prior to that summer, so the class over the summer would only help them refresh. Such students that were going to be juniors in the fall 2002 have not taken that class, so taking this class would allow them to move forward to take Calculus AP in the fall.

The students were told that they were allowed to keep the materials such as the Pre-Calculus textbook, answer book, and calculator, which were provided by University of California –Berkeley.
