Unblock Alisher Khozyainov’s Facebook Account

This petition is for Facebook to reconsider their decision regarding blocking Alisher Khozyainov’s account for the period of one month.

Alisher is a talented public person that is widely known in the world of show business as a singer, musician, clipmaker, fashion designer and stylist.

He also spends a great deal of his time participating in a variety of fundraising and charity projects which brought huge benefits internationally overtime.

Alisher is being followed by thousands of fans all over the world on social media. He has a rich portfolio and experience working with many top celebrities.

All facts stated above can be easily proven by reviewing his profiles across multiple social media platforms.

Alisher’s Facebook account and the content he shares erroneously gets reported to Facebook administration and as a result he gets blocked too often and always for 30 days. This happens mostly at the same time he announces upcoming events or publishes his new work.

As any extraordinary avant-garde person his content doesn't always relay to a more conservative audience hence the automatic reporting.

As any popular public person he is under greater scrutiny when it comes to voicing his opinion or the type of content he publishes.

Alisher often gets banned for posting and reposting content that can be easily found in posts of thousands other Facebook accounts, which seems unfair if Facebook administration blocks accounts selectively.

We understand that these constant blockings are initiated by those aggravated users that don’t like what Alisher shares but still choose to follow him for this one reason to harass him using the Facebook platform and tools.

Alisher often is being attacked by inappropriate comments and treats. However, not even once Facebook support team removed any of those comments. There are hundreds of humiliating and life threatening comments out there seating under posts for over six months waiting for Facebook review to be completed. You’d ask why would not delete those comments? You can’t if you really want those angry users to be removed from Facebook or at least to leave you alone. If you delete those bad comments, Facebook will tell you that they didn’t have a chance to review them as they were deleted.

This "Inappropriate content" review process by Facebook is currently favoring users of the platform whose intentions are only to block genuine content from other users, whose creativity is appreciated by thousands of followers. Apparently Facebook doesn’t think that public humiliation, bullying, or harassment violates Community Standards. Facebook advices and offers features to block unpleasant followers. But this action is not really protecting Alisher or anyone else who is experiencing similar issues, as there is nothing in the Facebook process that can prevent any user from creating a fake account and to continue chasing Alisher. When these fake accounts are being reported, once again, Facebook doesn’t think they are fake.

This is another demonstration of unfair practice on Facebook’s part.

Those who know Alisher very well also know that he would never share anything on purpose with hate or prejudice in mind. Yes, his content might seem intimidating to some, but perfectly allowed to be published by other users on Facebook although it might be violating specific Facebook policies in some regions.

We are trying to live in the world of freedom of speech and trying to build bridges where at times they don’t seem even possible. Alisher is one of those bright individuals that has been successful in uniting people and getting his talent recognized. And not many people have so many talents.

On behalf of all fans, we are signing this petition in hope that Facebook reconsiders their decision and unlocks Alisher’s account which is currently suspended for a period of one month.

Alisher, on his part is promising to be mindful of Facebook policies understanding that they are constantly evaluating and changing, which is expected for a platform that is trying to keep up with overwhelmingly large audience.
