The United Nations needs a rapid deployment volunteer force(paid by UN peacekeeping budget) that is properly trained in peace making and peace keeping. This force should be available on call in days after a conflict is recognized as needing attention to stop the war. A 6,000 member UN force that is rapidly deployed could save millions of lives with minimal expenditure.
We the undersigned support the United Nations creating a Rapid Deployment
Force available to the Security Council by vote to be deployed for peace keeping at short notice.
