Telstra has Proposed a Phone Base Station at 54 Caledonia Street in St. Andrews, Vic 3761. With an approx. population of 1,138 (2011 census), only 4 Residences were informed in writing on October the 19th, of the Proposal written on October the15th 2015, and given 13 business days to provide feedback.

We, the undersigned, strongly object to Telstra’s proposed mobile phone
facility at 54 Caledonia St., St. Andrews, Vic., 3761. Our objections are
supported by, but not limited to, concerns such as: Public and Environmental Health Impacts, the Impacts on the Health and Safety of the children of St.
Andrews P.S., Aesthetics and Property Devaluation.
We request a 100% Guarantee that the Public, Flora and Fauna WILL NOT be Affected by the Exposure to the Electromagnetic, Micro and Radio Waves Emitted from the proposed Tower.
We request a meeting before the 17th of November 2015, with the above mentioned and/or their representatives to discuss our concerns and alternatives to this issue.
