I_im_nut_ suggested the idea of a Contest Board and purplekittty (me) made this petition! We are the NFC (Neopeople for Contest)
I think Neopets should make a Contest Board only for avatar, font, etc. contests. With or without prizes (depending on what the Neopets Staff agrees to) and allow contests that don't cost anything to enter to stop scammers.
