Analyze All Backlogged Sexual Assault Evidence Kits

In the United States, there are an estimated 400,000 sexual assault evidence kits that sit backlogged in evidence rooms. The purpose of this petition is to demand the US federal government provide the funds needed to analyze the backlog of sexual assault kits in every state. We cannot solve every problem, but as we all come together on this issue, we can make sure every past and future kit is analyzed.

With this in mind, Growing for Freedom will be building specialized labs where all future sexual assault kits will be analyzed.

Growing for Freedom is excited to have a solution that will be a three-step approach to finally solving this problem.

2. Make a donation so we can begin the process of building labs expressly designed to analyze past and future kits
3. Join our new social media platform called the Freedom Community that will open in 2020

Building labs will be one of the Freedom Community projects. The many past and future survivors of sexual assault need our help. By signing this petition and making a donation, we will be joining together to make sure the voices of survivors do not go unheard.
