This petition wants to expose the inconveniences, the disservices, the violations, the abuses, the ugliness, the "psychophysical tortures" and anything else of unhealthy and evil is inflicted to human beings victims of judicial errors, social injustices, of bad-justice or perpetrated by deviated, corrupt, and unhealthy systems in power, both by innocents (who unfortunately fail to prove their innocence precisely because of the complexity and intricacy of their case or for the corruption of the justice), and by prisoners who are expiating penalties; disabled, sick or for some reason persons in difficulty.
Through the following appeal launched by the petitioner, it will be possible to grasp the meaning and the reason for this petition appeal itself
“I state that this mine, wants to be an appeal addressed to everyone. In particular to women and to the men in power. It is not subject or in function of the media game given by the audience which could abtract via socials or not, and neither of the “like or dislike” that could collect. Even more, for comments such as it could provoke, as it is and wants to be just and only an APPEAL. Certainly not subject to the laws of the market, since it is not “media-marchandise”. Above all, absolutely does not want and it must not CONVINCE anyone of something, but simply it wants to expose the historical facts of my story and how those happened, in the name of and to promote justice as to so tackle injustices. Therefore, it does not even want to stir up any kind of “ pitifulness” type of emotion, commiseration or else, since above all it does not seek consents or assents: but social JUSTICE yes. Indeed, in my appeal, you will not perceive emotions, rather, only “coldness” that emanates from the inner bitterness and reveals the rawness of being, since a prison like Poggioreale imprisons every feelings of yours with you, killing within you all your humanity by now yet profaned.
Coming to the point, I am Ambassador Angelo A Toriello, even if the Italian authorities dispute or do not recognize my title. And this, thanks to a whole series of misunderstandings generated by the government which has nominated me, the junk-media, as well as by my forced self-suspension due to this judicial affair in which I was trapped. However, although I declared myself a victim of a well-designed pro-political conspiracy plotted to the detriment of my person by a former collaborator of mine from my diplomatic correspondent office in Italy, the government which governs the Italian justice system is detaining me as a precautionary measure since 20 months in the prison of Poggioreale, Naples, Italy, and in spite of the fact that the Italian constitution guarantees me with “presumption of innocence”. Stratagem expertly crafted, by those who threateningly forced my former collaborator to infame me, by involving me in a specious, treacherous, devious and equivocal manner in an international drug trafficking. A crime which I never committed, consummated, adhered to, morally compelled, instigated in some way, or remotely thought. Indeed, opposed and hindered in all ways, but I unfortunately not succeeded. And this is my moral responsibility, which I am already paying with preventive detention. Therefore, I am now a hostage to Italian justice for a crime I have never committed, part of a pro-political plot, not only to my detriment, but which also has the ultimate aim of defaming and compromising the political figure of President Manuel Pinto da Costa of the Democrati Repubblic of Sao Tomé and Principe, who appointed me as his ambassador at-large and then, his special envoy to the UN's permanent mission since 2013. The conspiracy was in fact hatched by the lobby in opposition to the president and led by the former Prime Minister Patrice Trovada, who in somehow managed to fit into the real sustainable social and humanitarian development programs which were to be implemented for the state of Sao Tomé and Principe, diverting and using everything against my office and me, making use of the collaboration of the deviated Italian secret services connected to my former collaborator, and which, somehow forced him to such an infamous gesture towards my person, so much to push him to “sell me out” to Italian justice by making him believe he could escape from his responsibilities in exchange for judicial benefits. Thing which I will prove as soon as I will be in the position to do so. In any case, I have attached explanatory documents to this appeal.
For now, with this petition, I appeal to the authorities and international organizations, to civil society, to women and men of good will - guaranters more than justitialists - to activists, all of them, so that they can take action to again and again denounce serious violations of human rights, abuses, extreme degradation, ugliness and all that generates discomfort, which the prisoners are forced to suffer in a prison like Poggioreal and which I have named “Poggiofognale”: equal to a sewer, that is, a “human dump”.
In particular I address young people, who, as for climate change, must demonstrate to further and incite the “mentality change” (the real root of the race's problems) of the human species, promoting more holistic models of thoughts, of being and for becoming. And all so that the dignity and human life itself can be preserved so as not to push innocent people like me, the prisoners, all (whomsoever is in one of the other way victim of injustices), to extreme gestures such as SUICIDE. Right to take away freedom from those who commit crimes, but not DIGNITY, to say yes to legality, but to oppose the ruthlessness and the INJUSTICEof the bad-justice when it violates and tramples with arrogance the rights of citizens, and whosoever they are. On the other hand, rights nowadays recognized to all the living animal species on the planet, above all domestic ones, so, like them, it is urgent the need of the human race to continue to take care even of the “man's puppies”. Then, please do not remain indifferent to this appeal, waiting as usual for an injustice or abuse to happen to you first, also because, beyond everything, criminality is the reflection of the convex and deflected image of a wealth society of the social mirror. Therefore, do not be fooled by the “respectable” social system that empowers governments - more often than not - deviant by using speculative methods to exploit social hardships and ills for the purpose of controlling the masses and as a smokescreen to hide behind its “deadly sins”, as its devious, equivocal, corrupt and perverse behavior of the rich and so-called “respectable” society. In other words, the underworld acts as a shield for the “malaffari” perp derived from the respectable society, therefore, a malpracticenecessary to be nourished and kept in being, because useful to the corrupt or corruptible systems. Having said that, due to the complexity and intricacy of my case, I fear I cannot easily prove my innocence, also because all that I propose in my favor, is always read only in an accusatory key, besides being used against myself. I am therefore hostage to this sometimes twisted, perverse and ruthless justice, so I'm impotently forced to accept consequences for convenient compromises. That's why I appeal to every human authority having decision-making power, so that, what I call the “living strike”, is recognized to me (and people like me whom are going through such hard ships) and carried out with “ASSISTED EUTHANASIA”, so as to allow me to let myself DIE with dignity, given that there are no longer the conditions and motivations to live in the so-called “decent and wealth society”. Precisely because with this story and its extreme precautionary measures in prison, I already have lost everything: affections, esteem, respect, credibility, position ... my LIFE.
Finally, I appeal to the junk-media to make them take responsibility of their incorrect actions and humanize themselves more, having ascertained that they contribute to the suicide killings of so many human LIVES, victims of their media harrasment's target for journalistic services most of the time adulterated, biased or piloted, and which are proposed to the public opinion, exploiting those by indiscriminately “shooting at zero” on everything and everyone, thus feeding “fake news”. All this just to achieve a JOURNALISTIC SCOOP, losing sight of their noble goal, that is of having to inform the public in an objective and impartial way. In other words: to be CORRECT. But for this reason, their ruthlessness is equal to those of the underworld first and, then, of the bad-justice ruled by a hypocritical and corruptible system of government that boasts of being at the forefront for the protection of human rights. Perhaps INHUMAN rights yes, (as you don't have to go so far, like Aushwitz, to witness such human abominations) since it admits the psychophysical TORTURE of its citizens, implemented by the system of Justice, which is not at all interested in the social reintegration of a convicted person as the ultimate goal. Though the Italian constitution integrates in it the rehabilitating purpose of convicted through the penalty. Therefore, there is a state of “TORTUROCRACY” rather than democracy, or rather, the democratization of torture, or what? What is the inductive message of excessive consumerism and the race for status symbols if the governing system is not capable to guarantee everyone a job to get even to survive? Isn't this a criminal instigation program? What is it to hold convicted people in a state of total IDLENESS? Is it not that a form of torture of the most sneaky, subtle and ruthless one?
And idleness, dull the most fervent intellects; it suborns the most vibrant minds; count the most truthful intentions; offends nobility of soul; mummifies the intimacy of being, killing the human dignity.
In the light of above, the junk-media should know
that if they do not take actions to counter this “status quo”, they will thus become accomplices of the deviant and corrupt systems, and more than that, “insane carriers” of INHUMANITY.
Know, therefore, that your indifference, the SOCIAL INDIFFERENCE, kills human lives”.
