Crime Stoopers Of Tampa Bay~ PAY OUT THE $100,000 REWARD

The Seminole Heights neighborhood in Tampa, Florida has been terrorized for months by a Serial Killer. This man has murdered four innocent people in 51 days. Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay posted a reward of $100,000 to the person who provided information leading to the arrest of the killer. On Tuesday, Nov 28, 2017, an employee of McDonald's found herself in a situation where she was face to face with someone she suspected may be the killer. He was a co-worker who had asked her to hold on to a bag while he went to get a loan so he could leave the state. The employee looked inside the bad and found a gun. She immediately took the gun to a TPD Officer. The gun turned out to be the weapon used in the murders. BUT because she did not waste time calling Crime Stoppers with the tip, which could have taken time before it was relayed to the police and the murderer could have gotten away, they say she isn't eligible for the reward.
