Texas courts are defining requirement of the DNA Law to mean that applicant must prove that exculpatory results will absolutely prove that they are innocent. It is impossible to reach the level of proof required by the courts. Lives are at stake. Tell the people who worked so hard to pass the law, how it is being applied.
We, the undersigned, are concerned that DNA Law as applied in Texas
courts is not being made available to the individuals it was designed to help.
