Bijan Ghassemi Sabet is an Iranian born, Christian convert who is seeking asylum in Scotland, U.K.
He has been living in Glasgow for over 4 years and can often be found helping out the Parishoners and the Church of St Alphonsus in the Calton area of Glasgow. We have been friends of Bijan for over a year and in that time we have seen his passion for Christianity and the church .
Recently we learned that his asylum application has been rejected and this has led us to setup this petition to support his appeals process as we fear for his future should this appeal fail and he is deported.
We need your support, to demonstrate our solidarity with Bijan in his bid to remain in the U.K.
