Provide a Carer's Allowance free of tax for all adult Carers

Those who are forced to care for a loved and whom are retired ,entitled and receiving their state pension , are excluded from receiving Carers Allowance because the Government deem the State Pension as a benefit ,even though most paid for it through working anyway, Thus it cannot be classed as a benefit at all.
Men and women already classed as retired , are being left to care for their loved ones without any physical or financial support.

We need a Carers Allowance paid to all adult Carers ,free of tax and or income assessment as with PIPS . There is also a link to Carers Statistics which shows that almost 1.5 million Carers are not receiving Carers Allowance, purely because they receive a state pension.

Carers are becoming more unhealthy ,even dying because they have no support.
I myself suffered a stroke and several Tia's ,have MS ,diabetes,severely damaged hip, high blood pressure and having also suffered Bells Palsy. Have been left to take care of my sick wife without any support both physical or financial.

Please help me to help those Carers whom are being left to die.
