On January 22, 1973, the Supreme Court of United States of America (Hereinafter referred to as the U.S.A.), legalized the termination of human life (Roe v. Wade). Ironically, December 28th of that same year, the 93rd U.S. Congress enacted the "Endangered Species Act of 1973.” In (Sec. 10.J) of this act, the eggs of the protected species are considered part of their “population.” Furthermore, pursuant to 16 U.S. Code § 1538 (a.2.B) anyone who damages or destroys any protected species population, are in violation of the law. This law protects certain birds, fish, and sea turtles, as well as their unborn eggs, while the former law strips an unborn human being of the same protections.

Demands
We the people of the United States of America do hereby petition the Congress of the U.S.A., via our elected Representatives, to declare as law, that human life begins at conception, and as such, that human beings in the womb shall not be deprived the right to life and equal protection of the laws as those who live outside the womb, as set forth in Amendment XIV of the Constitution U.S.A. (July 28, 1868).
We demand that a woman’s right to choose, be limited only to the life of her own body, and not the life of an infant in her womb. Her right to choose, concerning the life in the womb, expires at conception, as the life in her womb is neither her life, nor her body, and thus cannot justify her choice to terminate that life. Furthermore, any woman who knowingly and willfully, by direct action or indirect action, terminates her pregnancy, is to be prosecuted for, and upon provable evidence, shall be convicted guilty of, the capital offense of murder. They shall be penalized as set forth under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein she resides.
We further demand that any doctor, nurse, medical professional, or midwife who knowingly and willfully aids in the termination of the life of an infant in the womb shall be prosecuted for, and upon provable evidence, shall be convicted guilty of, conspiracy to commit murder. They shall be penalized as set forth under the laws of the jurisdiction wherein they reside.
