For over 400 years, millions of black (African) slaves and their descendants were victims of the worst holocaust and crimes against humanity in the history of the human race.
The perpetrators of these crimes - individuals, companies and imperialist nations - amassed tremendous amounts of wealth by creating a system of chattel slavery that allowed them - with impunity - to capture, transport, brutalize, murder, rape and sell human beings from Africa to plantation owners and others in the Americas where they toiled without pay under the worst working conditions known to man and built many of the major roadways, railways, bridges and buildings in the colonies of the British, Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese imperial powers.
When slavery finally ended in the mid to late 19th century, the slave owners were paid a kings ransom for their human assets while the freed slaves received NOT A PENNY!
We, the undersigned, call on the United Nations to leverage its global resources to demand reparations for black slavery from every existing estate, company and nation that actively participated in chattel slavery and amassed tremendous amounts of wealth via the brutal and criminal exploitation of unpaid slaves.
